Quick answer

Checked October 2026

DMCA material, meaning copyright notices and counter-notices, goes to dmca@candyaishortsreview.com. Corrections, press requests, brand concerns, privacy requests and general questions all reach us at contact@candyaishortsreview.com. This site is independent of Candy.ai, CandyShorts and EverAI Ltd., which means we have no way to help with a Candy AI login, a payment or a cancellation. For those, contact the platform’s support team directly, and expect a reply from us within a few business days.

Our email addresses

We are an independent site reviewing Candy AI’s short-series product, Candy Shorts. Two inboxes handle everything. For anything editorial, email contact@candyaishortsreview.com. For copyright notices, and only those, use dmca@candyaishortsreview.com. Replies usually arrive in a few business days.

Because this site is separate from EverAI Ltd., Candy.ai and CandyShorts, we cannot see or change anything in their systems. Billing, cancellations, logins and account questions go to the platform’s support team. For background on who operates the official services, read our Candy AI safety guide.

General questions

Reach out at contact@candyaishortsreview.com for press requests, partnership proposals, comments on a review or any topic not listed below. All messages are read, but product support and legal advice are not something we provide.

Reporting an error

We document a third-party product whose prices, episode counts and features keep shifting. If something reads as wrong or stale, email us the sentence you dispute, the address of the page it appears on plus, ideally, a link to a reliable source. When we confirm the problem, we fix the page and update the date shown in its header. Mark pricing mistakes with the word “pricing” in your subject, which lets us compare against our pricing guide right away.

No episode files are hosted, embedded or linked on this site, and official artwork is not reproduced either. Still, if you believe a copyright you own, or are authorized to enforce, is infringed by something published here, email it to dmca@candyaishortsreview.com under the subject “DMCA Notice”.

To satisfy 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice has to contain every one of these six elements:

  1. A signature, physical or electronic, from the copyright owner or from a person holding the owner’s authorization.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work your complaint is about. If a single notice concerns several works, listing a sample of them suffices.
  3. A description of the allegedly infringing material and its location, precise enough for us to find it. On this site, give the page URL together with the passage or image involved.
  4. How we can reach you: a postal address, a telephone number, an email address and your name.
  5. A statement of your good-faith belief that the use complained of is unauthorized, meaning not permitted by the owner, the owner’s agent or the law.
  6. A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you either own the copyright or have authority to act on the owner’s behalf.

We review complete notices promptly, normally in a few business days, and remove or disable access to anything found to be infringing. If any element is missing, we ask you to supply it rather than act on an incomplete notice. Under Section 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing can be held liable.

Counter-notices

Counter-notices follow the same route. If a takedown hit your material and you believe it was a mistake or a misidentification, email the DMCA address. Your counter-notice should carry your signature, your contact details, a description of what was removed along with the URL where it previously appeared, and a statement, sworn under penalty of perjury, that you hold a good-faith belief the removal was an error. It must also include your agreement to submit to the federal court that serves your address. Senders outside the United States agree instead to any federal judicial district where our site may be found. Because everything on Candy AI Shorts Review is our own writing and we accept no uploads, we expect counter-notices to be rare.

Trademarks and brand names

No sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation links this site to EverAI Ltd., CandyShorts or Candy.ai. Product names like Candy AI and Candy Shorts, along with series titles and the creators named in our digital twins section, are used only to make clear what is being discussed. A rights holder unhappy with how a trademark or name is shown can email the page address to contact@candyaishortsreview.com for a good-faith reply.

Privacy requests

Almost nothing is collected here, so the Privacy Policy is short, and it lists what is saved and why. To request access, correction or deletion of personal data, write to contact@candyaishortsreview.com and mention the email address involved. Our response will tell you the result.

Reporting scam pages

Spotted a site trading on the Candy AI or Candy Shorts name to collect card numbers, advertise a bogus “leaked episode” file or spread malware? Send it our way for inclusion in the cautions published in our leaked-episode guide. Email the URL and note briefly what the page wanted from you, without attaching any files. Also report it to your browser vendor, and call your bank right away if money changed hands.

Affiliate disclosure: some of our outbound Candy AI links pay us a commission when you subscribe, at no added cost to you. Corrections and takedown requests are handled the same way regardless, and the Terms of Service have the details.
