How Candy AI Shorts Review treats your data
This is a static review site that keeps almost nothing about its readers. Below is a plain account of the single item saved in your browser, what our host may log, and what happens when you email us.
Quick answer
Checked October 2026Candy AI Shorts Review is a static site with no accounts, no comments, no registration forms and no checkout. It runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The only thing saved in your browser is a localStorage flag that remembers you acknowledged the 18+ notice. Our hosting provider may keep brief technical logs for security. Nothing we hold is sold, and no ad network is involved. Write to contact@candyaishortsreview.com with any question.

Last updated: October 19, 2026. Candy AI Shorts Review, at candyaishortsreview.com, publishes this policy to explain what happens to information when you visit. The site is run by its publisher, called “we” or “the site” below. You can reach us at contact@candyaishortsreview.com or through the contact page.
At a glance
- There are no accounts, no comments and no forms. Reading a review never asks for a name, an email address or payment details.
- The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies, so nothing you do here is reported to a statistics service or an ad network.
- The one thing kept in your browser is a localStorage flag showing that you acknowledged the 18+ notice.
- Nothing is sold to anyone, no ad network is involved, and no Candy AI or Candy Shorts video is hosted here.
We are an independent editorial project, unconnected to Candy.ai, CandyShorts or EverAI Ltd. The moment you click through to the official platform, that platform’s own privacy notice governs what happens next.
What the site saves in your browser
Because the site covers adult-rated entertainment, it opens with an 18+ notice. So that the notice does not return on every page, the site writes a single value to your browser’s localStorage once you acknowledge it. The value does not identify you, and it stays on your device rather than travelling to us.
| Key | Purpose | Lifetime | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| casr_age | Remembers that you acknowledged the 18+ notice, so it is not shown again on each page | Until you clear your browser’s site data (localStorage only) | Strictly necessary |
You can delete this value whenever you like by using your browser’s option for clearing site data, and the notice will simply appear again on your next visit. Apart from this flag, the site stores nothing on your device.
No analytics and no tracking
We do not use analytics. The site does not count page views, record sessions or build profiles of readers, and it sets no tracking cookies. That is also why you will not find a cookie banner or a consent panel here: there is no optional tracking for one to switch on or off. The trade-off is that we cannot tell which pages are read most, so reader emails are our main feedback.
Hosting and server logs
The pages are delivered as static files by a hosting provider. As with most web hosts, the provider’s servers may record routine technical details, namely the requesting IP address, the requested URL, the browser’s user-agent string and a timestamp. These records exist for security monitoring and for diagnosing errors. They are held only briefly, and they are not combined with other data or used to single out individual readers.
If you email us
When you write to contact@candyaishortsreview.com or dmca@candyaishortsreview.com, your address and message arrive in our inbox. We use them only to answer you and to retain a copy of the conversation. Copyright takedown notices are kept for as long as is reasonably needed to document how each claim was handled. The steps for sending one are on the contact and DMCA page.
Lawful grounds if you are in the EEA or UK
- The 18+ acknowledgment flag: our legitimate interest in running a publication on an adult topic responsibly, together with the legal duties that come with it.
- Server records kept by our host: a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
- Email exchanges: our legitimate interest in answering you, plus a legal obligation whenever a takedown notice or complaint is involved.
Because the site runs no analytics, it does not rely on consent as a legal basis for anything.
Your rights and how to use them
Depending on where you live, the law may let you request a look at, a correction to, the deletion of, or limits on personal data we hold about you. It may also let you object to some uses, ask for a portable copy, or complain to a data-protection authority. There is so little stored about readers that wiping your browser’s site data resolves most requests immediately. For anything tied to email correspondence, write to us and we will respond.
California residents: under the CCPA and CPRA, nothing on this site counts as a sale or sharing of personal information, and we gather no data that those laws classify as sensitive.
Data leaving your country
The site sends no visitor data to analytics or advertising companies. If you email us, your message travels over ordinary email infrastructure, which can cross national borders in transit. Routine hosting records are handled under the same terms described above.
Minors
The subject matter here is adult, and the site is meant for readers aged 18 and over rather than children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it. For the platform’s own age rules, see the Candy AI safety guide.
Outbound links and affiliate disclosure
Our reviews link out, chiefly to Candy.ai and CandyShorts, the platform’s official sites. Some of those links carry an affiliate tag, which can earn us a commission without raising your price. Websites you reach that way apply their own cookie and privacy practices, which this policy does not cover. If you subscribe, the platform handles billing itself rather than this site, and our pricing guide summarizes the plans.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy if the site, the way it is built or the applicable law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows which version is current, and material changes will be called out on this page. The conditions for using the site live in the terms of service.
